Adam and Eve???

This may sound stupid but Did Adam and Eve when they died go to heaven?

I apologize in advance, but your question can be interpreted in two distinct ways:

1 - Were Adam and Eve saved?

Based on this verse, I believe the implication is that they were saved. The implication is that they were "covered" by God.

Genesis 3:21 "Unto Adam also and to his wife did the LORD God make coats of skins, and clothed them."

2 - Where did they go?

This is a complicated answer. There is an interpretation that there was a place called "paradise" where people went before the resurrection, etc.

That is a most intriguing question...

I guess I'd always figured they'd gone to (what would later be called) the Bosom of Abraham. Of course, it didn't have a name like that yet. But it existed in some manner, I would suppose.

Since Christ hadn't come yet, they were saved by faith. Heb 11:13 tells us that the OT saints were ASSURED of God's promises to provide a Savior (and Eve initially thought that Cain was the Messiah...see the exact wording of what she said in chapter 4 of Genesis after he was born).
