I've read some of his parenting books. He's definitely funny and I've learned some things from him.

I am not 100% positive it's the same guy but I read a book by someone of this name called "The Pleasers" about overly pleasing women. It seems like it would be the same guy (as it mostly had to do with women in the contexts of marital relationships - I was reading it and trying to overcome my too pleasing/people-pleasing ways at the time. Boy I have come far since then!! :lol ).

It was a good book, from what I remember, and I know I lent it to a co-worker at the time who also seemed to get a lot out of it.
