proud to be pagan

I was sitting at Barnes and Noble cafe yesterday enjoying a rasberry mocha (yummy!!)and the guy sitting a few feet away from us was telling his friend about all his bumper stickers. One was a Jesus fish with "pagan" inside of it. The other one was "when in doubt, shut up" Then he said he saw this car that was red with flames painted on the side with 666 on the back and how cool he thought it was.

It just broke my heart. I closed my eyes and prayed for him while he was saying this. I can't imagine being so proud of being a pagan. Even when I was lost, I can't imagine being so proud like that. I feel so sad for this guy.

I was a proud pagan... even distributed teen pagan flyers at the Pagan Pride Parade.

It's not right, but I understand how it happens.

Funny they avoid the truth because they don't want to be held accountible. Which they will be. We, on the other hand, have a redeemer that forgives and takes away our sins, so we won't be punished with the lake of fire. Funny how that works.

A month or two ago I saw a bumper sticker with a cross and the text, "Jesus, save me from your believers." :freaked

My 9 year old son also spotted the sticker and asked me what it meant. I explained that the driver not only did not believe in Jesus but did not want anyone to tell him the good news, so we should pray that he changes his mind before he dies, otherwise he is destined to have a very informative but unpleasant conversation with God.

This is so sad. I have seen these same type stickers around here.
The fish going the wrong way with darwin inside of it.
There is a newage store here in town. It is a book store I went in there
one day and you could feel the evil in that place. The woman just stared
at me. I think she knew that the spirit in me was not the same spirit that was in her and in that place. This is a very small town and I have been praying for that store to close its doors. It is leading so many down the wrong path.

I was in line behind a mini-van that had 3 bumper stickers on it:

"I found Jesus. He was behind the couch the whole time."
"Bewitched".
"Witch Wagon."

The woman driving it looked like your typical wife and mom. She had four little girls in the van with her. Sad what those girls are being raised to believe.

Hi All.

The irony is that these people really think that they are free thinkers, that they are through there intellect have seen right through the lies of the Bible.

The sad thing is that they are really the fools. The intellect they so much cling to & education that they believe is so clear & truthful is flawed. That same education is so full of holes & has so many lies within it, that no one with any real sense can believe what it tells you.

We are mocked by these people, they call us, they make fun of us. The sad thing is they can not see that it is us who are the truth free thinkers. It is us who have seen & know the truth. They believe or so I have come to think, that we just blindly accept the Bible & all that is in it, that we just believe that all Jesus said & did is the truth & no one can tell us anything other than that.

But as we all know, we have all checked out the Bible , we have all checked out the history the facts, we have gone into all area's of this book & after lots of study & by this I mean years of study. We have come to the conclusion that we have, that the Bible is the one true word of God & all that it has within it's pages is the truth. We have gone through lots of secular studies & teachings, secular history we have checked & checked. So who are the real educated free thinkers in all of this.

Those who believe what they have been taught in schools & universities, or those who have checked out all they have been taught & tested what is in the word of God as we are told to do by our Lord & Savior. You are right about these people, they are very sad people who really need to be shown the truth & to have there eyes opened to the one true Lord & to the real truth that is in the pages of the word of God. All the truth & facts are out there for anyone to check & to test. All the facts history & evidence is there for all to see. They are just to wrapped up in there little sheltered lives living the lies they believe & all heading down the wide highway leading to damnation.

I pray that these people will have there eyes ears hearts & minds opened to the truth before it is to late.

There will be folks who claim to be Christian there as well. And there will be people who claim before God to have performed miracles in His name in hell.

Oh, it gets so old, reading their junk. Its sad and it makes me mad, too.

The things they say and how they act toward Christians, makes me shake my head. How can anybody be so blind and gullible?

When they make statements about Christianity, which they know nothing about to begin with, they lose all credence with me, and thereafter I discount anything they may post about, since they have displayed an immense ignorance.

The pagans, the earth worshipers, the whole silly bunch will one day acknowledge Jesus Christ as King, whether they believe it today or not.

Right now, though, it is so trying to try to read through an article and they have interjected their venom and sidetracked it.

Yesterday I saw a bumper sticker that said "Born right the first time." The car was being driven by a young man, maybe 19 years old. I bet he snickered and chuckled about that bumper sticker when he was putting it on, but that smile is going to fall off his face in chunks one of these days when he faces God and has to try to explain. How sad.

A few weeks ago, though, I saw a young Black man standing on the corner of a very busy intersection in the west part of Phoenix. He had a bullhorn in his hand and was preaching the gospel to the drivers in their cars. I rolled down my window as I sat there at the light and yelled out to him "Preach it, brother!!" and gave him a thumbs-up before I had to drive on. Now I wish I had parked and walked back and helped him.
