Please don't think I am being silly here. I am looking for a serious answer.
I was reading Exodus about the ten commandents and God telling Moses that if they obeyed the covenant then they would be delivered safe to the promised land. It had reminded me of the "Raiders of the Lost Ark" movie where the Germans were frantically searching for the Ark. They were under the impression that the army that held the Ark would be invincable. I actually chuckled out loud as I realized that it wasn't the hardware that was protecting the Jews, but it was the following the Covenant that was the whole point.
Am I on the right track here?

PS. I think The ark is buried somewhere in Isreal, and is not in Sudan.
