I am trying to hold on to that right now, when my life seems to be swirling down, and my own parents are letting me down. I know that God chose me.
Sometimes, Most of the times, I need to remember this. He will and is the one person who WILL never forskae me.
Praise God.

Anna~ You're right. He chose you and He knows His plan for your life. I know where you're coming from as far as parents letting you down.
You will rise above this. You are His child and He loves you and wants the best for you.
Psalm 27:10 Though my father and mother forsake me, the LORD will receive me.
Love ya (((((Anna)))))

Yes! You are chosen, adopted, blessed, redeemed, forgiven, and loved by the best Father ever!
Sorry you are having a time with you 'earthly' parents, I will pray for you and for them, too!

Those are some of the most profound 3 words to ponder: Jesus saying "I chose you". Glory!

1 Chronicles 28.20 "Be strong, be bold and do it! Don't be afraid or become discouraged!. for ADONAI, god, my God is with you. He will not fail you or abandon you until all the work for the service in the house of ADONAI has been finished." (Complete Jewish Bible)
I found this verse this morning and I find it very comforting. While in context, David is speaking to Solomon about buiilding the Temple. I believe that it can also apply to us as we build the house of the Lord (the Church).
By the way, Jesus promised NEVER to leave us or forsake us In Matthew 28.20
