I have several friends who are struggling with all the evil going on around the world and can't understand why God is "letting" things get so bad,
I found this article called, "A Good Reason For Evil"..

The analogy used was that evil, like a shadow does not exist..it is a "nothing"..like the hole in a doughnut..That God is all around us with his goodness but because we are limited in our human bodies and nature to see the spiritual realms nor can we ever understand Gods ways..we can rest in the blessed assurance that the events of the world are not going to matter one day..
the rapture will just show the world they are living in the hole, ..missing whats really all around us that matters most..we are so quick to complain about all the evil around us..
We need to remember and never doubt the protection and provisions of our God..that the divine reasons for evil are always good ones and not be fearful or discouraged in the circumstances..to keep our chins up..and our eyes watching for Christs return..
