To the Word of God that they practically breath it without thinking? It's such a part of them that you can see Him in their reactions and responses, their patience and gentleness....or whatever fruit you might notice.

That they don't merely pay lip service to the Bible but make the painful choices to LIVE it.

They'd rather go hungry than not read their Bible, nothing gets between them and their devotion. You see a peace about them that many lack.

Do you know anyone like that? I do, and they certainly inspire me!

I do!

I love these folks as and if not more then my own parents. I hope to someday have their maturity and discipline.

I do know several people like this and I love to be around them. I used to dislike it because they convicted me, but now I love being around them.

Yes. I know them when I see them because they seem to have a beautiful glow around them ----- not to be mistaken for aura. When one is so atuned to God and spiritual minded, they actually have a glow like someone turned a lightbulb on in them. Anyone ever notice this?

The woman who witnessed to me right before I was saved is like that. She is so filled with the Lord, it's hard to believe that she struggles with anything. She just eminates Christ. I have never met anyone like her. What an example she is to other believers!

I don't see it all the time but once I noticed a lady sparkling after attending service. Once, while watching some people worship I saw what I guess looked like cloves "raining" on them. I haven't seen a glow though.

Sometimes I hear things too (not all the time).

I am usually afraid to tell people because it sure makes me sound like I'm looney. I know that if someone else had told me stuff like I've seen and heard I would have thought they were missing a few.

Hope this does not sound too dumb...but what are "cloves" ? The only cloves I can think of are the spice and I think that is probably not right.:confused

it looked like cloves of garlic - that's the best I can describe it.

I've noticed this before. Sort of a halo (sp) of light around them.

I wish I had someone that reflected Jesus in my life......

I have talked with people that you could tell they were Christians but I have never seen a halo or glow or clove ...........

The closest I can remember is when I had to meet with a Jewish man to finish off a real estate deal . I was on a class trip with my ds' kindergarten class so I asked him to meet me at the zoo ( his office was real close by) to sign off and get a check. Surrounded by throngs of screaming kids this man stood out, separate. I remember feeling compelled to touch him to get his attention instead of just saying excuss me. He was definately separate from the world, calm , peaceful...........I have no clue if he knew his Messiah or not but thats my only experience.

I only know of one person that fits this description and he is my preacher. The man walks the walk.
He is a retired GM employee. His pension is roughly $35,000 a year. He works TWO jobs currently and he is nearing 66. His money goes to charity and for missionary work. Very few people know this. Everything he does, he does in private.
Out of all the people I've met in my life, it's a shame to say he is the only one........ When you are around him though, you feel the Lord.
