How to study the Bible, online for free

Anyone know of a free online reliable source on how to study the Bible? I am looking especially for cross references between Old and New Testament.

This is an excellent bible study program. You take tests, get graded and everything. It has awesome information. I learned quite a lot from here. They have several courses you can take.

I haven't made the time to pursue this study, but it's affiliated w/ Chuck Swindoll's church. Also, a former pastor was a student of one of the main Bible.org experts at DTS and thought very highly of the Bible.org team. Should be very solid stuff.
