I have a friend we just call uncle aron, he is an ex biker who loves the Lord as deeply as I have met anyone else who is surrendered to the Lord.:nod
Here lies the problem uncle a. during his biker years became addicted to herion, alcohol and cocaine, he has asked and tried to kick these habits as he does not want to sadden the Lord. If he died today in this state of addiction to earthly uglies, even though he devots his life to christ as in preaching the gospel, where would he go? Heaven or what?? Just curious for peoples opinions! Please no fighting, this was just weighing on my mind as I admire the mans love for the Lord!:redface YSIC hannahrachel :wave

If he is truely a born again believer, he will go to heaven. We are saved by GRACE through faith and that alone. We do not have to be perfect to be saved. Otherwise, none of us would make it. :): I'm praying for uncle Aaron that he will be delivered of his drug addiction. :pray

We are all in the same state of bondage in this life to various degrees as uncle aron. Although some of us have a facade that allows us to look reputable to others the bondage and death of this mortallity is the same. The only thing that would seperate us from those with know hope is the Blood of Jesus Christ. He is my freedom. He is the power by which death and hell have no more grip over me regardless of my current fleshly state. Don't let the deciet of satan confuse anyone that one must clean up and live right before coming to Jesus. Come to Jesus now and Live.
I look forward to seeing Uncle Aron there. God will heal him if not now . . . then.
Thank God for Jesus
