Satan, a house divided, and human cloning

When Jesus, in response to allegations that He was casting out demons with the power of Beelzebub, said that a house divided against itself cannot stand, was He saying that demons never act against one another?

If not, then how was it an answer to the accusations of the Pharisees?

But if so, then if Christians are opposed to human cloning because it's against God's created order while, say, earth worshippers are opposed to human cloning because it's against the natural order, which is the actual enemy and which the false: science or earth worship?

Oh, also, I guess this brings up another question: whether or not demons are behind every temptation in the world or whether humans can create their own temptations without a demonic influence. Because if humans can create their own temptations, there's actually no question here at all. :lol

If not, then how was it an answer to the accusations of the Pharisees? Demons dont cast out each other 'in their own name'. It takes a different authority. The Pharisees knew this, but accused Him anyway.

If demons are behind the idea of earth worship (and this is a big "if"), and if demons are behind the idea of human cloning (another big "if"), then I think they'd be a house divided against themselves.

So there are three ways I can think of explain it:
1) Demons aren't behind at least one of those ideas. (But which one, or both?)
2) There are times when demons can oppose one another. (But why?)
3) There's a difference between demons casting out one another and demons simply opposing one another. (But what is that difference?)

I'm wondering which one is correct.

IMHO, what needs to be kept in mind, is that Satan is mad at God. He and his demons want revenge against God - not man. Men are simply pawns in their game. God is their target. We are God's creation. God loves us. What better way to hurt someone than to go after the ones they love?

I believe the Bible tells us that the Lord does not tempt - Any temptation is of Satan. Eve was tempted in the garden. This was not her doing. All temptation is of Satan. Because of the fall, we are now left open to temptation more than ever. Any time you feel tempted to do something..... think about it first. :B:

Earth worship takes men away from God - they worship the earth instead of God. Satan's plan to get even with God is working here.

Human cloning takes men away from God - they believe they can create life and be like God. Satan's plan to get even with God is working here.

I don't see this as demons opposing each other because the ultimate goal of each of these ideas is to take men away from God. To hurt God. Which is what Satan is ultimately trying to do.
