Pitfalls of the new age movement

Hi,
While in the New Age Movement through meditation I became possessed by demons by channelling spirits. Has anyone had anything worse than that happen to them by getting involved in the nightmare of the new world order religion. I have heard that 40% of Psyhics get their phone calls from people proffessing to be Christians. I know their are horror stories out there from people who have played the game and lost, because I have heard stories from people of all demoninations and some of the reasons that brought them to Christ were directly related to finding the hidden truth of the false teachings of the new agers.The main issue between believers in the new age is they believe since G-d said we are children of G-d adopted into the family, they actually believe they themselves are their own god and can control their lives and others by meditating, using spells and telling the future. What they don't know is they are talking to demons not the angels they think are protecting them. Please people who have been in this warn others of the easy deception and cover ups of these people. Do not use magic, or any other occult thing, not even a toy like a ouija board, it just calls them and leaves you open to let them(fallen angels) in.

:clap Praise the Lord you got out okay! I used to be a New Ager/Wiccan and believed I was the one with the power to read tarot cards, etc....thankfully the Lord brought me back as well...I thank him that I was not into it any deeper than that....I never channelled...though I tried to do a seance with a few of my girlfriends when we were teenagers....I don't remember what happened, but we did get scared and none of us could sleep that night....I know now what is going on and I pray that I am never deceived again.....

Hi Rich,
I am praying more people won't be afraid to put their stories out their, because the New Age Movement totally belongs to satan. I recommend to anyone reading this to read: "This Present Darkness" by Frank Peretti, he is awesome at presenting the deceptions and how easy it is to become innocently involved. Even reading horror-scopes is dangerous, I wish more people knew what is going on in the spirit realm, if they saw I think they would all die from fear. Thank you Jesus for your perfect love casts out all fear. Now I just pray and tell people I know the ones that think its harmless, the horrible pitfalls. I wanted to write my whole new age experience, but, I try not to look back at the bad. Now, I am praying to stay focused on the heavenly things and not the things of this world, because here stinks!

Rowan, I am with you on that(not to be deceived) I pray everyday for G-d protecting me from deceivers, and they are everywhere, TV, mags, news, newspapers, the web, and so many more places. Question, have you ever noticed how beautiful the wiccan/new age stores are, trust me I know lots of good christians that have no idea why they were drawn into the store, and they don't know what they are looking at and what they are used for, this is an easy example: ANGELS---not to worship(new agers do!), Christians ladida into these shops buy angels that are have a curse on them just because of the person that owns the store and the reason they sell them. I don't think the shops would do so well if there were lovely black angels with horns on their heads for sale, hmmmm might give'm away as a place NOT FOR BELIEVERS IN CHRIST, they should be made to put that on the door or at least an upside down black cross, but they are the deceivers, all of you BEWARE!!!!!!hannah

1)Thank you so much for your prayers, Rowan(i would think) and I am so grateful for prayers. Once you have fallen into the New Age movement, everyday you question who during prayers is listening. I can't reach enough people in the world to explain all of its lies and deciet the movement brings.

2)And still 6 or 7 years later, I still pray angels around myself during prayer, just in case of (sorry to say) demonic attacks.
I know some of you are having a good laugh, but the New age business is deadly serious, they serve satan(do you guys out there get it)!It is no joke, I wish more people and I do know you are out there, tell everyone exactly what and why after new aging you turned to the Lord!!!! :) Please people the world deserves to know the truth help to open their eyes, if you have dabbled even accidently, tell the world what happened to your life!!! Sincerely with the deepest of Christian love in my heart I pray for more messages about incidents of demonic attacks, demon possession and what ever other horrors people have encountered.
How about seeing behind the lights they(demons) cover themselves with and what they look like behind the light, I know I am not the only person in the world that has been and seen the grossness of their world(demonic stories, please, or I might just think I am crazy or the most unluckiest person in the whole wide world! :( Please just a few more testamonies
from people who left the group, new agers or wiccans druids, or whatever!!!!
