View Full Version : Discrimination -- a hate crime?

In these days of persecution I am wondering -- Is it considered a hate crime to discriminate based on faith? If it is based on race, sexual orientation, and other "immutable" charachteristics, what about us Christians, our faith is NOT mutable, it is very hard to be a true believer and leave, so what about us?

I ask this because I was recently kicked off a secular chat room I visit (nice conversation) for explaining I was a christian, and telling a willing listener the gory details of the faith, the rapture, etc.

I am not considering legal recourse or anything, but this event roused my curiosity.

I don't know if it is, but I do know alot of chat rooms & forums have rules about not discussing any kind of religious belief.
