Look:

Jeremiah 31:31 and the Greek in its citations in the New Testament shows that "New" does not mean "brand new, a replacement." Instead, it means "fresh, rebuilt, refurbished" as in polishing a sword.

Is this true?

Thank you

new: - fresh, new thing. Primitive root; to be new; causatively to rebuild: - renew, repair.
