Whats up with the moon?

Ermmm ok i just thought i would tell you that when i was on my way to sckool today, i could see a quarter moon in the MORNING!, the sun was opposite it, andit was bright, but i could see the Moon too?

That's actually very normal if there is no cloud coverage.

I've lived most my life near the ocean and in warmer climates.. and even here in Alabama I can see the sun and moon at opposite sides of the sky.
