satan, in charge of music

for some reason I have stuck in my mind that satan was in charge of music in heaven, .......:confused something I heard in my youth, or something, but I can't find anything in the Bible to support it. I know that it says he was beautiful, or a very high angel before his mutiny......does anyone know where this belief originated?

Here it is in Verse 13:

Ezekiel 28:12 Son of man, take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyrus, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty.
13 Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.

A. Taking it out of context - Matthew 4:6 - In this passage he quoted Psalm 91:11 but conveniently left out the part "To keep thee in all thy ways."
B. Misinterpretation
C. Overstressing one sided doctrine (biased interpretation)
D. Understressing certain doctrines like the doctrine of Satan.
E. Eisegesis - Causing people to put a meaning into Scripture that isn't there.
4. He hinders the work of God - 1 Thessalonians 2:18
5. He can hinder the prayers of God's people - Daniel 10:12-13
6. He blinds people to the gospel - 2 Corinthians 4:4
7. He steals the truth - Matthew 13:19
8. He is the accuser of the brethren - Revelation 12:9-10
9. He sets snares for people - 2 Timothy 2:26
10. He tempts people - Matthew 4:1; Ephesians 6:11
11. He can afflict people - Job 2:7; 2 Corinthians 12:7

Satan is a defeated foe and a created being. He has no power or authority over the Christian. His power is not greater than God's power and on the last day, he will be cast into the lake of fire along with all those who followed him and denied Christ.

Granted that much music is used in Satan's program.

But at the same time, music is used to praise and worship God.

Psalm 98:1
"O sing unto the Lord a new song; for he hath done marvelous things; his right hand, and his holy arm, hath gotten him the victory.

4 Make a joyful noise unto the Lord,all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise.
5 Sing unto the Lord with the harp; with the harp, and the voice of a psalm.

If music is under Satan's control, it must cause him great misery when it is used to glorify God.

What was created in the beginning was perfect.
Clearly Angels were given the gift of music from the beginning to worship God.

Satan takes what is good, righteous and holy and defiles it.
