Oh she very well may have "experienced" something, won't deny that. But this "light" is one that contradicts God's Word. So who would we say is in the business of doing that and drawing people "away" from the Truth of God's Word and of Jesus being the only way to salvation? The one who masqurades as an "angel of light"...Satan and his hencemen. He is called a deciever for a reason.

If you want to read a good book about what happens after death, try One Minute After You Die,by, Erwin Lutzer. I just gave it to my mother.

I am now reading "One Minute After You Die" and agree that it is a good source of information on the subject of dying.

Remember that satan can masquerade as an angel of light and anyone who has had a NDE and claims to have been told that all people will have a pleasant welcome and that basically people are not sinners.............. or, if someone advocates that there are "other paths" to heaven besides Jesus....throw the book in the garbage.

I also like "Beyond Death's Door" by Maurice Rawlings. He details some NDEs that were bad experiences.

Check any human author on any subjest by the word of God.

a terrible, terrible disservice to humanity. Same message as many NDE stories: it's not necessary to be in Christ when you die - everything will turn out fine for just about everyone.

I read this book and I had a real hard time believing it. Too much New Age garbage! I threw my copy in the trash.

As I said before, I had an NDE and it was nothing like this!

I have a book called "Embraced by the Light and the Bible" by Richard Abanes, published by Horizon Books. 1994 He claims Ms. Eadie was highly influenced by Mormon doctrine in the writing of her book.
