I wonder if its right when preachers invite the Holy Spirit down on meetings.
Paulo yonngi cho believes we can have a relationship with the Holy Spirit.
John Wimber and the Vineyard movent use to promote this alot when I went to the vineyard conferacnces in the 80's.
What I et from scripture is that although the Holy Spirit is God and personal , the Holy Spirit seeks to help us glorify God and point us to Jesus.
I remember I was at a conferance and John Wimber invited the Holy Spirit to come down and all sorts of things were happening people screaming , some jumping up and down , some laughing histerickely, others crying and some shaking.
John would say,'This is God visiting his people'.
I just to go for all of this but I am more careful now as I don't believe its right to think that God comes at our every command.
Whats do others feel?

Sorry a mis quote, what I was meant to say was that I use to go for all this at one time as I so looked for revival. But now i am more careful .

That's why the antics you posted dont seem to be in the right 'spirit'.

Matthew 18 (NASB)
18 "Truly I say to you, whatever you bind on earth shall have been bound in heaven; and whatever you loose on earth shall have been loosed in heaven.
19 "Again I say to you, that if two of you agree on earth about anything that they may ask, it shall be done for them by My Father who is in heaven.
20 "For where two or three have gathered together in My name, I am there in their midst."

Alot of people were out-raged with the Toronto Blessing. Mnay people sayed it was'nt right, many went on to say it was darn right evil.
Survey found something that 91% of 1000's of people were more on fire and in love with Jesus after the toronto blessing. the survey was taken with people who had been touched a 1 upto like 5 years after it happened.

Our bodies are a Temple for the Holy Spirit to dwell in. If the Church is full of believers then the Holy Spirit is already there. Why invite another spirit to join?

God? God is not a God of confusion
[1CO 14:33] For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.

We are God's children. Should a child tell his father what to do or command him to do something? Or should we ask instead?

A Demon who calls himself Jesus gloats "HE!HE!HE!HE! Look at all those silly misled Christians that I got to laugh at God! And after five years most of them are still laughing! How great I am! HE!HE!HE!HE!"

It is important to remember that at the time Matthew 18 was written, the permanant indwelling Holy Spirit was not yet dealt out. In the dispensation of Grace, each believer is permanantly indwelt by the Holy Spirit. He is in our midst (in us), even when we are alone.
Ephesians 1:13 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise
I Corinthians 3:16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you?
Romans 8:9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

There is a man from my very own town, who has been a believer in christ since his early twenties. After several strokes he visited the Tornoto Blessing, and was instantly healed on stage.
I've never been to the TACF, and not sure on whether the spirits are of god, but your comments are a massive blow for a man who has devoted his life to christ, and glorified the father in his healing experience.

Please don't be too quick to call something 'of the devil' when you cannot know this for sure. I am not a proponent of any movement or whatever, but when the Holy Spirit came upon believers in the book of Acts, some pretty incredible things happened. And yes it was a separate happening from the indwelling, they called it 'coming upon' the believers, and it happened when the disciples laid their hands on them.
Presuming to know what God will or will not do in people is dangerous ground, as is seeking out miracles and wonders.
Even if the Toronto blessing was run by a fraud, God is not exempt from using it or any situation for His good. Paul said the same thing about those who were preaching the gospel with wrong motives.
