Counting Your Blessings

Hi all,
What are some of the most incredible, magnificent, wonderful, amazing and awesome blessings that God has given to you? Mine are:

1. my gift of eternal life through Jesus Christ! :nod :thumb

2. my sweetheart of a husband, who is loving, brilliant, and handsome! :D: :kiss :happy

3. letting me survive a bad car accident on May 3rd last year

4. my family and friends

5. the knowledge that I will see my father and grandmother (who passed away last year) again someday.

6. my cool new job at the hospital

7. my gift of writing inspirational poetry


These aren't in any particular order (except for the 1st one of course! :D: ), I just randomly typed them as they came into my head. If you all would like to share some of yours I would love to hear them, if not, it is okay, I understand. I just thought this might be a cool thread. :wave :party

I find this most amazing:

Ephesians 1:3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ

Note the tense of the verse. He has already given us the blessings. They are spiritual, not physical, things not seen, and in heavenly places, so they are eternal. It is up to the individual believer to unlock and learn about these blessings from the word, and appropriate (apply) them to their life.
